Best Western Plus DFW Airport Suites

Everything was perfect, clean, it's near grapevine mills, and the price online was a bargain! You only need to take care on the breakfast, i had rotten watermelon mixed with the fruit and the orange juice also tasted strange. But everything else and the staff was super nice!

This was a very nice hotel that I managed to secure for a cheap price. The rooms and the rest of the building were spacious and well maintained, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable about events in the surrounding area. It's also conveniently right on a freeway for easy ins and outs.

The room is good, the breakfast is good and the location is convenient. There is noise from the nearby freeway, but it was not excessive. The biggest downside is they do not have a shuttle to the airport despite the short distance to the terminals.

What a gem! I travel frequently; I worked in the hotel business years ago; and today I’m staying in a hotel as I finish getting my house ready for my first “mid-term” lease guests. I’m knowledgeable about hotel operations and I know what guests need and want. This super-comfortable Inn has a team motivated to maintain the facility. Everything works; there are no “eyesore” defects; and it’s got little things that make a big difference . My spacious room that looks even better than the site photo has 27 electric or USB outlets, I’ve got four lamps. The nice, thick clean carpet in the hall and room would give me great piece of mind if any of my toddler grandchildren were here with me. The lobby has an electronic info board and water cooler/heater stocked with cups. I chose this $100 range among a big choice in the DFW area because the property photo featured a hot tub that I could soak my old sore back in. That area is a beautiful escape from your day. About the only thing the smiling staff at this hotel need to do is get some pictures that do this guest-centric hotel some justice!

I stayed at Best Western Plus DFW Airport Suites for a night, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel was excellent, with great services and a well-organized management team. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring everything was perfect during my stay. They also provided a delicious complimentary breakfast, which was a great start to the day. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant experience, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone traveling in the area.

For a place people come primarily to sleep- the pillows are tiny squares that fill half the standard pillow case on them, the pillowcases and sheets are so scratchy it feels like you’re sleeping on a canvas and trying to cover up with one. What happened to the comfort of a hotel bed having the softest sheets to crawl into with the most comfortable pillows? So disappointing after a long, long day.

I was NOT having a good day, after having a flight cancelled, among many throughout the DFW airport. Every hotel in the area was booked up. I called The Best Western and of course, also all booked up. However, I was LUCKY enough to get Stephanie Noitner on the phone, who, just as I was going to say 'thanks' hang up said "WAIT!, If you'll hold on for one second, I think I have a cancellation..." Lo and behold, she did, and she went the extra mile, to make sure nobody could reserve it online before she could book it for me and was just a pleasure to chat with, and provided me with all the necessary information I needed at the time, including food suggestions. I couldn't have been more fortunate and I felt obligated to publically thank Stephanie (who was working on her BIRTHDAY, no less) for making my awful day, so much better. Highly recommend if you need a place to stay by the Airport. Very clean, nice accommodations and if you're lucky, you'll be able to ask Stephanie her opinion on whatever your needs may be. Valuable people who go the extra mile for others are rare these days. But that's what I found here.
