NillMy boyfriend and I stayed here for two nights, taking a small break from work, I can say it wasn’t a pleasant stay, not only was the pool “out of service” but we booked a “king suite with ocean view” and got a view of trees and a dog poop station, our room had a very bad smell of urine in it when we first arrived and our tv did not work, we went to the front desk to move rooms because the urine smell was disgusting, front desk charged us another 20$ for moving rooms, calling it an upgrade but it was smaller. I work at a hotel and we normally give a discount if housekeepers didn’t clean to full potential. Staff was not too friendly, housekeepers looked like guests and were not welcoming, blasting annoying music through the halls while cleaning rooms, no respect for people paying to stay here, breakfast was also not at all what it said online. Front desk opens at 9am but no one was there till about 9:40. Last but not least, after paying 20$ to be upgraded we got into our new room and there was a roach next to the coffee station and no coffee pods. Will not be staying here again and I do not recommend.

NillWe had the king jr suite on the 3rd floor over looking the ocean. When traveling with a 1 year old and staying multiple nights I was planning for all circumstances, but this exceeded all expectations! Staff was super friendly, the pool was heated, room was spacious. Would definitely stay here again! 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

NillGreat little hotel, the previous place we tried staying at was pretty sketchy, but this place made up for it and more! The staff are very friendly and really make you feel welcome. While we were here, I believe they were in the middle of or at the end of some renovations, but they didn't let it impact our stay. The only complaint we could find was the door to our room being loud when opening and closing. It also had to pull/push it shut after it seemed closed already. The pool was closed while we were here but it's basically on the shoreline so we didn't care. We stayed in room 322 which had a brilliant view of the ocean and shore and was the cherry on top of this brilliant hotel. We will definitely br visiting again

★★★★We arrived at check-in time, 4:00. We were third in line, but it went quickly. We were assigned a room on the second floor and were very satisfied. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Considering the price we paid, this was a pleasant surprise.||We enjoyed the perfectly clean pool and hot tub, with towels on hand. In the morning, we were given 2 passes for breakfast at the casino. Terrific breakfast! The front desk staff were friendly.||The only things that could have been better, would be more electrical receptacles and the internet connections. It took an hour for my laptop to find the connection (very unusual) and then it immediately disconnected. After 2 hours...I gave up.||I'd certainly stay here again.

NillThis hotel is 100 a night. While I was here, the hot tub was quite colder than most I've ever had but that is literally my only complaint. They have an amazing staff who go above and beyond for their guests. They have you sign a waiver of whoever stays. They have nightly security who walk the perimeter. Made me feel real safe. I will be using this as my next vacation spot. It's about a 5 minute drive to the beach but who cares!? Its so close. I love it here. Highly recommend it!

NillVery clean. Warm pool and nice hot hot tub. Housekeeping doesn't miss an inch and front desk staff very helpful, polite and courteous. The only complaint we have is softer beds (unless you are the kind of couple looking for "stability" if you put what I'm putting down and not to use the alternative down cover they have. You will be really hot if you do.

NillThis hotel has been closed since covid hit our world. They changed the name of the hotel and is the first season open. They should have waited until they fixed everything or worked on the hotel while closed. The first was the pool is closed for "servicing," and second, all of the ice makers in the building were broken all three on each floor. Third, the beds were from the 1980s and folded like a taco when I slept in it. We rolled to the middle of the bed on top of each other, a horrible night sleep. Last, you had to unplug the microwave or the fridge to use the coffee maker. They were too cheap to put in a plug spliter to be able to use all of the appliances. The breakfast was small, expired bagles that were frozen, a couple of cereal bars and coffee. The restaurant was closed too. I've never seen the restaurant open before covid, too!!! It's like four years plus since the restaurant has ever been open. No longer have a shuttle to the casino now after reopening and new name.

NillAlways quiet. The staff is always so nice & helpful with any request. Some windows need some replacement, but am sure they are working on that minor problem. Some of the furniture is starting to show its age. But all in all, a very relaxing beach hotel with an indoor pool & tub. Enjoy!
