Very nice, modern, well laid out units right on beach. Nice community, not very touristy. Just be prepared for beach climate. Windy and pretty cool, even in the middle of summer.

I would give more than 5 stars if I could! Nothing short of amazing!!! The room was breathtaking, view completely unbeatable!! Staff was friendly. Plenty of cookware provided. Short drive to the jetty, Damon point, weatherwax Trail and town. Soooooooo many deer!! 💙

Rooms are nice, and clean. But you get a lot of noise with families above you. Plus rooms are not always wheelchair accessible if you have family members needing that access. Stayed in accessible room, but we could not visit some of the suites with other family. And the suite my folks were staying in had a step up to the dining area so my disabled son was not able to join us at the table. If you stay in the Pennsylvania there is no accessibility without stairs.

The staff was so helpful when we came down on the wrong week for our rental. She was able to help us provide a room for the week. I highly recommend this company.

LOVE THIS PLACE! Stayed in the Penthouse and it was Fabulous! The views are amazing the rooms are clean! The space was large. Had so much fun and can’t wait to go back!

Okay time, except for the last two mornings. Maids awakened us by vacuuming the tile floors (who does that?) above us without disengaging the beater bar; sounded like a ship having its superstructure ripped away. Last day was just as bad; awakened by kids running and jumping off the bed in the same room at 6 am sharp (not blaming the kids). All too many exhibit zero consideration of others. If you plan on staying at the Point Brown NY complex, get a room on the top floor if at all possible.

From the New York building. Here for my son's spring break and very relaxing. Even all the deer you see everywhere seem very happy. Always love coming to Ocean Shores and enjoy the stay with Vacation International.

Had the studio dwellings at Point Brown . Clean and up to date. Ocean view. At high tide could throw a rock and hit the ocean. Deer looking for handouts in the morning. Disadvantage is the reastraunts and shopping is 5 miles away. Advantage is that reastraunts and shopping is 5 miles away. Quite peaceful!
