NillStaff was very friendly, rooms were nice and clean, bathroom was clean and well stocked with towels and full sized bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and lotion, breakfast was good with a nice variety of food. We went at the end of breakfast and the couple things they were out of, they asked if we would like them to put more out. Couldn’t ask for a better stay. Will definitely be staying here again.

NillThe night front desk guy was nice. Upon entering the side door, the card reader was covered in tape, and the door was propped open with a rock. The first thing you see entering were leaves and dirty towels outside a room. It's not a great first impression. Thankfully, our room didn't match the outside hallways! Overall, the room was clean with no bugs. The mattress was firm, and the linens weren't stained. My pillow smelled like a dirty scalp. The case was clean, so it's probably the actual lumpy pillow. Be prepared to hear your neighbor if you're a light sleeper. The bathroom was clean, and water pressure was ok. The appliances were clean, but the freezer needs to be defrosted. I couldn't fit ice packs in there. Breakfast was ok. The normal. Most of the dining area tables were dirty. We saw 3 women walking around and then went outside to smoke. Don't know if they were cleaners or not, but one of them could've cleaned the tables. We LOVED the gas fireplace in the dining area. Nice look. There is a restaurant right next door but we didn't eat there. Although my honest review had small little things wrong, we'd definitely stay here again. Maybe management will see these small details and address them.

NillWorst hotel breakfast of my life. There was no meat, no fruit, no milk. There were biscuits and gravy (served in a slow cooker) and a broken waffle maker. They had baked eggs cut into squares. They didn't even oatmeal. We ended up leaving and going out for breakfast. We booked this hotel becuase it had breakfast, so this negatively affected our budget. The grounds were ghetto. Cigarette butts lines the entirety of the green spaces outside. The driveway was torn up and dangerous. It would imagine it would be pretty inaccessible in inclimate weather. However the rooms were decently clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The comforter had a stain on it but the sheets and pillowcases were in good condition. The restaurant adjacent to the hotel was fantastic.

NillThis hotel has surge pricing. For graduation, the rooms are almost $300. When I was walking out, the clerk said “ok, how about $200”. This is unethical. They use third party booking but refuse to accept cancellations or date changes. They blame the 3rd party; the 3rd party blames them. The phone rang 22 times before someone answered. Avoid this hotel like the plague.

★This place is AWFUL!! Room still wasn't ready at nearly 4pm and I don't know why; its not like anybody cleaned anything. I was given a master key and told to go find another room but they were all even worse than the one before it. The room we finally got in had bloody linens in the shower! Since we had already been there for an hour or so before discovering them, no refund, no nothing. Nobody would even come get the linens! Abdul, the front desk "employee" was about as useless as they come. He did, however, give me some bleach so I could clean the room myself. Black slimy moldy stuff came pouring out of the jets in the jacuzzi. A few days later, I got a very generic email from the manager where she pretty much said we'll try harder next time....sorry not sorry. If you do stay here, go get a tetanus shot before hand.

NillHORRIBLE! we reserved the room with the jacuzzi tub and the room was disgusting, millepedes everywhere, told front desk and they weren’t shocked and said if we found more they move us to another room. Also weren’t charged for our 2 dogs upon check in but the next day got randomly charged!?! You aren’t allowed to leave your dogs in the room either so don’t plan on getting any errands done anywhere without taking them with you. DO NOT RECOMMEND. we asked front desk for a broom because the floors were so nasty and I hate to deep clean the jacuzzi TWICE before using. Shower had black mold along the door and inside up on each side of the door

NillCustomer service was great. The hotel looks like it has had some renovations. Decent hot breakfast selection. The hotel was lacking a sign on the building. Large parking lot. Close to shopping. Restaurant next door.

NillWe rented the king Jacuzzi jetted tub room last weekend for two days, over 500 bucks. After the game we were looking forward to going back to the room to get into the Jacuzzi tub. Just to be safe I filled the tub just enough to be able to run the jets to ensure the tub was cleaned properly. It was not......it was gross. There were pubic hairs, what looked to be skin pieces and heaven knows what else. Hundreds of particles. I just drained the tub and did not get in. I took some pics of the other damages in the room. I contacted the manager on Monday when we got home. She only offered to let us stay two days within the next four months for free. I had asked for at least one day refund of my two day stay. I've written twice but I haven't received any response from the last email except to say she would get back with me but I haven't heard back and it's been a week. The breakfast was edible. The best part of the stay were the homemade fried potatoes! I would like to recommend but I wouldn't recommend the jetted tub. It is clearly not cleaned and sanitized properly. Some things in the facility are rundown.
