Positive: Nothing Negative: Pulled into the parking lot to find someone smoking weed. Walked into the lobby only to see the clerk behind bullet proof glass. Non of this was in the reviews. I left immediately got another room at a different hotel.

This place is SPARKLING CLEAN!!! It feels like a much richer motel. The breakfast was very good in terms of selection; scrambled eggs (which are liquid egg product), link sausages, 3 kinds of juice (watered down) yogurt (one flavor) Belgian waffle maker, syrup, bagels, white & wheat bread, jelly, butter, milk, cream, 3 levels of coffee in both regular and decaf, and green tea and Earl Grey tea. It's a very good breakfast for the price. The room has many great features and looks beautiful but feels a little cramped because so many amenities are packed in. Mini fridge with a freezer, microwave, and coffee maker. My room was nice and warm. The room has real furniture. I didn't like the artwork in MY room, it was creepy. The bathtub is actually usable, because the tub has a working stopper, unlike other places. The tub is raised up high from the floor. This could be difficult for some people to get in it because you have to step up high to get in. The pool is clean and clear!! It was cold, like a lake. I did feel warm water coming in from the jets, but it still felt COLD to me, but still swimmable. Pool towels were also available. The staff was SUPER friendly and helpful. There is a working elevator and luggage carts for your convenience. I will definitely come back here!!

Unfortunately, I encountered an issue with cleanliness during my stay. Upon first entering the room, everything appeared to be in order. However, I later discovered a clump of dried feces on the back of the toilet lid (the area where one’s back rests when seated). I did not take a photo, as I immediately sought out a hotel staff member to address the situation. They responded promptly and offered an apology, but the experience left me feeling unsettled for the remainder of the night.

TERRIBLE!!!! DISASTROUS!!!! AVOID THIS PLACE!!! We arrived and the front desk person was very high and had the entrance way smelling of weed. He could not find our reservation and made us go back to our car to find our information. We came back with the information and our high front desk person gave us a room. We were out in the parking lot and our high front desk person came out to the parking lot to tell us he gave us the wrong room and gave us a different room. The "correct" room he gave our family of 3 (and dog) was a small single queen bed (NOT WHAT WE RESERVED!!). At this point it's 11 at night and we really didn't trust our high front desk person to get it right on try #4. So all 3 humans and a dog crammed into the queen bed. We were Not expecting to have a heating unit that was set to air conditioning when it's 7 degrees outside. We were Not expecting to have nearly paper thin walls that allowed us to hear casual quiet people talking as they go down the halls. We were Not expecting to be woken up by the sounds of water running through pipes for a neighbor's faucet (I didn't know that was actually possible until this disaster of a night). Instead of finishing off our Thanksgiving travel weekend by sleeping in, having continental breakfast and a morning swim... My entire family left at 4am and we're never coming back.

No handicapped button to open the front door although there was a lot of handicapped parking and ramps everywhere. Room and facilities were adequate, clean and fine. I’m glad I read reviews before staying because the tip about the bathtub being a big step in and out was helpful. I liked that the fridge was bigger than expected and had a separate freezer that actually worked. Breakfast was a typical free breakfast with make your own Belgian waffles, hard boiled eggs, sausage, yogurt, oatmeal, cereal, coffee and juice, muffins, bagels, bread, etc

Motel is a modest offering. Praise for cleanliness, friendliness and it was quiet. Location worked well for me and of course the room rate was fair for this level. Negative was the mattress. While I did sleep through, it was weird to sit on the edges and then firm in the middle. Lastly, the TV remote was not efficient. You had to scroll through every number once you memorized the # on the guide. It took forever and I hated it. The room rate would only be the reason to return.

The beds were in fine shape and seemed clean. However the other areas seemed super outdated. You can tell they painted over things to make it look better. The hallway carpet was old and it could use some updates all around. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly. Price was decent but was hoping for a little cleaner/updated place for the price

Rooms were very cleaned. Breakfast was very good. Staff all had smiles on face. Prices for rooms where cheaper than others.
