★★★★We stayed here for a night with our dog. The hotel room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet. We had a shower and a large juccuzi. We only used a shower, which was warm and had good pressure. Room had some signs of deferred maintenance. For example, the carpet needed to be stretched. The staff was super friendly. The parking was the public parking lot and it was free the night we were there. There were quite a few restaurants within walking distance and parks that were close by.

NillWe had our wedding reception here and it was PERFECT!!! Emily, the event coordinator, was so friendly and so easy to work with. She was a literal dream! I work in the tourism industry and know how much work goes into events and she and her team nailed every part of it! They were organized, punctual, and kept us all on target even in the middle of a busy wedding day. She was great with our vendors, helped answer questions, give us recommendations, and was super willing to adjust to fit our needs on literally anything we wanted. The space and rooms were clean and comfortable, all the hotel staff were super friendly and we are so thankful we chose to have our reception with them! I would recommend this space to everyone! I can’t imagine having our wedding anywhere else it made our day so easy and stress-free. They’re the literal best!!!

NillI can not say enough about this hotel. From the moment we walked in and were greeted by friendly and caring staff to the beautiful rooms that were stocked with all the amenities needed. We definitely will be back.

★★★★★Positive: Really liked the location and the decor. Negative: The continental breakfast was supposed to be at 7AM on Sunday. Due to problems with the kitchen, it did not open until 7:40 and was not fully stocked. This was disappointing as the area looked great.

NillAttended a 3 day conference there. Nice enough place. Had to ask for decaf coffee. Seriously… I stayed at a nearby VBRO that was half the price of the rooms there. The food served by the Inn was ok. Nothing I would describe as delicious. Standard banquet food. Oh liked the nearby neighborhood restaurants with outdoor seating.

NillFirst off rooms are nice. But parking is horrible. All other hotels you give a plate # n that's it. Here hardly any parking and to make things difficult you have to go outside to a kiosk which is a pain n do it yourself. If no parking in the front you have to go across the street to a parking structure still do the kiosk thing for parking. Long walk if you are elderly. Then you need to use the elevator to get your room. Busy weekend and they had sausage. Out of eggs n bread for toast. You think they would be prepared. Then I could of used the stairs n they blocked them so you had to wait for 3 trips of people n I could of used the stairs if they didn't block them off. Also keep in mind bathroom toilets are extremely low so if your tall n have a leg splint get a handicapped room. Won't be back. Better off at country inn where you don't need to mess with a parking kiosk/ long walk n breakfast that's ready. And I'm not the only one complaining that was waiting for them to fill the empty food platers. About 8 people behind us. If it's a busy weekend maybe the 3 girls standing at the desk talking 1 could of helped. My job does. And when I asked for a paper receipt at check out they said no we emailed it. Customer service not to great. I never had this at any hotel.

★★★★★Positive: The bed was comfortable and room was spacious and quiet. The bar setting is lovely. Rooms were very clean and had complimentary water, coffee and a fridge. Front desk staff were very friendly. Negative: The breakfast was not great ( scrambled eggs, etc. ). There was only one elevator at front lobby... and a barrier across the stairs so we couldn't use the stairs as an alternative to go up. Perhaps there were other options for getting to upper floors. Negative: ""
