Travelodge by Wyndham Evanston

We stopped at the Travelodge in Evanston, Wyoming to rest up for the night while on a cross country trip by car. We were assigned a second story room, but the manager made a change when she found out our vehicle had a disabled tag. She had her employee offer to provide us with a more convenient first floor room. She also had him offer to help us with our luggage. The internet connection was fast. The room was clean. Coffee and breakfast items were great. The service overall was just outstanding. The manager and employee obviously take pride in great customer service.

Travel lodge Motel Disgusting and dangerous. The door from outside was extremely difficult to unlock with the key card and I noticed the room next to me had a different kind of lock. Carpet appears new but the mismatched furniture is old, stained or damaged. The bedding appears clean but the pillows were thin and I was uncomfortable sleeping on it . A power strip was strapped to the headboard. The air conditioner worked. The TV and other electronics were plugged into an old dirty looking power strip that was secured to the wall by a piece of metal pipe tape. The fridge, microwave and coffee maker were plugged into an extension cord with that cord secured along the wall above the wall heating unit. Clean white towels but dirty, stained black washcloths. The bathroom door was damaged and warped with a very old brass colored handle on the outside and a new silver colored handle on the inside. There was missing trim around the door, rust stains on the frame and water damage (?) to the wall next to the tub. The grouting around the tub was broken and dirty. The soap dish in the tub was an old toilet paper holder There were multi-use shampoo and soap dispensers attached to the shower wall .

Not bad for a night, bit noisy, lot of sci fi noises around 1 in the morning. Pretty annoying. I can hear someone on doing, I don't know what on the other side of the wall and I can't help but wonder if the room below me can hear me walk. I can and I walk pretty quietly.

A quiet, clean room, excellent AC, and the bed was comfortable. The staff is super friendly. Restaurant options nearby, and one is right outside your door. Thank you!

I appreciate the desk agent and the care put into the continental breakfast room. Rooms were clean..a little dated with lumpy floors but no big deal. We were facing the freeway, so there was that noise, but didn't stop us from a good night sleep. I would stay here again.

The facility is undergoing renovation. The room was great, the bed comfy. There are a few Mexican restaurants within walking distance.

Great value for a low-key, budget hotel with easy interstate access made this a great stop while traveling through. The staff were friendly and I could tell that the owners have put a lot of love and effort into fixing up the hotel... lots of nice little touches in the room that showed their care. The room was comfortable and was stocked with plenty of pillows and towels, and there was even a Roku that you could stream to.

The room was clean. Could use new mattresses. Lamp shade had numerous spots on it. We put snacks in the refrigerator and everything froze. There was not any ice available at the motel at all. They did give a nice welcome bag with snacks in it upon arrival. Not sure would stay here again. Would probably try another place.
