Fountain Motel

*UPDATE* I've been coming here for a while now. Over a year just once a month or so and all the good stays and proper treatment, BAMM. Out the window. I've never dealt with the lady I seen tonight but she ain't got no people skills what so ever. Period. This will be my last stay here for sure. Our of respect for the gentleman that usually checks me in I'm leaving the stars but they'll never get my business again.** INITIAL REVIEW OVER A YEAR AGO * *These folks treat people right. The people there mind thier own. Owners are very respectful. Good people, good place to stay.

First off, if you are trying to save money, do yourself a favor and go to Value Place or something similar. Second, what can I say, it's very bad. Yes, they have Dish, which means a strong TV lineup. Yes, they have a kitchenette. Yes, they have beds and hot water. That is it people. They are not good at customer service. They will charge you extra for paying by CC(really, who has heard of that?). Their bedding stinks, literally!. Their toilet is very weak and we had to use our own plunger to get it to work. Most of the people there seem to have been there a long time as when we ask about another room was told didn't have another. We got fooled and hoped the place would be better, but NO. We got a refund the next day for our weekly rate(300, took 70 from us for one night!). Unless you like dirty linen, filthy carpet, weak flushing toilet and bad customer service, do not go here. You been warned.

Absolutely the worst motel I've ever seen management (owners) refuse to fix the broken window that was cracked from one corner to the other the room door did not lock and if you shut it all the way there way a huge chance you weren't gonna b able to open the door to get out couldn't call the office cause there phones in room didn't work bed bugs!!! Just disgusting

The plumbing at this place don't work right Toilet is broken they're still blame the renter good place to stay in other words other than the plumbing problem

The air conditioning system was the main issue I had. There was no knobs to see what settings it was on and it didn't cool room very well. The floors were dirty also.

We stayed at the motel over the farthers day weekend. My kids showed up ans the owner of the property kicked the off the property and threatend to kick us out with no refund and then insisted on searching our room for something that we still dont know. But for the money we paid for the room we should be able to have visitors especially on farthers day , we do live in America do we not. The property was kinda dumpy , the parking lot was in bad shape i guess the only good thing i can say is it didnt have bugs in the room and thats the only good thing.

Literally the WORST place ever ...they wanted to give us a room to some people doing the tile at 2 am. Then they said there is no other room so when we asked for the money suddenly there's a room .. when u walk in it looks decent but with in the hour I was attacked by bed bugs and she had the nerve to accuse us of bringing them ... Then after offer a free night

This place is a total dump. This hotel definitely makes the worst 5 list in Mesa. Their is no laundry facilities and no cleaning staff. The place is infested with bugs and the few staff they do have are always rude as hell and cranky. Good luck to anyone brave enough to try one out.
