SPOT ON Srinivasa Residency

It's a worst experience I've ever had in tirupati. If anyone trying to choose a room to stay, pls don't choose this hotel. I've booked through Oyo for 2 days but while check in staff told the room is there for lower price. So I've cancelled Oyo booking and checked in via hotel. The bedsheets weren't changed and very dirty. I can see the hairs on the sheet, as I've checked in late and I'm tired I haven't complained on that time. I've seen cockroaches on the floor and at the mirrors. As I was tired couldn't able to complain at that time.when I tried to sleep I heard noises. I was awake and see a rat. And the rat ate the apples which I've brought to eat. Next day when I complained they're judging me why I haven't asked at that time. On the first day I've told I'll book ac room for a day and then non AC for the next day. The staff member told ac is 1500 and non AC is 800. He doesn't mention the price will vary. The next day the staff member has changed at the reception. So when I asked that guy, he told the price will vary and have to pay 1200. I've argued as I was told before it was 800 but nothing convinced him. I've paid at 9pm. I've waited till 11 to give that non AC room. And when I called him he told the manager is there and he told me not to come and not to mention to his manager and some reception guy will come in 5 mins. When I gone to that reception to ask him about room, he starred at me and sighed to go upstairs. And the worst part is here. Cockroaches are everywhere now. I have to kill some of them and have to sleep. Now the bedsheets are somewhat clean as I've complained before. And the washrooms are not clean. Below average. And when I was leaving I've gone to water can to fill water in a bottle. Then when I saw the water can, I just stunned. And the vomit feeling has started. The water can is fully black at the top and the flies are there in it. I just threw the bottle which I was about to fill. Then at checkout I've been asked for money for service charges. I've told them to the face just look at the room which u gave. It's full of cockroaches and I have to kill them to sleep. He still asks me to give money like 50 rupees. I told I don't have any cash in my hand to avoid. He asked me to do phone pay. Then I again told I won't pay any. And he's again asking me to inform them before. Isn't it their responsibility to keep the rooms Clean?? Some people may feel it's rude to me to say all this. But I've experienced all of this in this hotel. So I'm making sure this won't happen to others. Please stay at some other hotels which have some better experience to stay.

This hotel is a cheat, we were provided a room with full smoking smell and bear all over the center table. Looks like someone just used and left the room. Not for family at all.... Staff don't support hindi speaking people.

Terrible Experience - 0 Rating I recently had an absolutely dreadful experience with SPOT ON Srinivasa Residency and felt compelled to share my disappointment. My stay at this establishment was marred by unprofessional behavior from the staff, which left me utterly dissatisfied. Upon arriving at the Residency on the date I had booked, I was shocked to find that they argued with me, claiming that the rooms were fully occupied and they couldn't accommodate my reservation. This was in direct contradiction to my confirmed booking. To make matters worse, they canceled my booking without providing any prior notice, leaving me stranded without a place to stay. What shocked me even more was their audacious claim that if you use third-party bookings to reserve rooms, they bear no responsibility for cancellations or any form of support. This is an unacceptable stance, as it directly contradicts the very essence of a confirmed reservation. The ambiance of the Residency was horrendous, to say the least. The cleanliness was non-existent, and it was evident that they assign rooms based on locality and language preferences, an absolutely unacceptable practice. This discriminatory approach tarnished the entire experience, making it clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for SPOT ON Srinivasa Residency. I strongly advise anyone considering this Residency to think twice and reconsider their choice. This is by far the worst Residency I have ever encountered in my life, and I cannot stress enough how disappointing and frustrating my stay was. I regret choosing this establishment and would not recommend it to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and look for alternatives that prioritize professionalism, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction. SPOT ON Srinivasa Residency has earned its 0 rating and the title of the worst residency in my book.

Worst experience in my life. Very worst room no cleaning. Bathroom look like public toilet. I booked through OYO room they shown room in different location in app and they send me to different location in nighttime with my family having 2 yr baby after travelling 500kms. Be aware of this kind of stay.Worst Hygiene and Full of mosquito. And they charged extra money for this great room.

Reason for 4 rating: I got this room at a reasonable price. Pros: 1. Value for Money 2. Very near to Bus Stand 3. Window view is good 4. Hot water facility is available 5. TV is present but I did not switch on 6. Professional managers, friendly nature. Cons: 1. G button lift light is not working. Even if we click it doesn't show indication. but it is working. New folks get confused. 2. No fan in Lift 3. Lift doors are very hard to close 4. Rooms are not maintained properly

Room was not clean. Even the pillows were dirty and bedsheet was not changed. Moreover the staff behaviour was very rude. They behaved as if we are staying for free. They will not listen you. They will offer you to cancel booking online and book for AC room directly from there. Adding one more point they will charge GST although you are booking online. Note- SPOT ON hotels may or may not have AC although it will be mentioned in the ammenties in OYO app. In my case it was not there.
