Very bad condition of rooms not cleaned the bedsheets were very untidy not cleaneda one. And most important very very dirty dirty washroom not cleaned one the taps were dirty in condition And in night you can't even sleep due to bad condition of room and washroom are dirty due to which it affects mosquitoes in rooms are there. And if we get late during checkout they charges extra and they will tell you will have to pay for current day dur to late checkouts There Should be properly clarity between owner and customer for every aspect. And Try to improve your washrooms and cleaning patterns it is very much dirty

Nothing positive about the hotel all negatives. Rooms: MINUS -100 We had booked 3 Rooms on drivers recommendation, who obviously had tie-up with them. All the rooms were dirty!!! The bedsheets, pillow covers had stains, blankets were stinking. Bathrooms were full of guthka stains and slippery floor in bathroom. Service: MINUS -1000 Rooms don't have a hot water facility inside, rather there is a common geyser in the corridor from where you have to take water inside the room yourself. While doing so some water was spilled and we requested the staff to wipe it while leaving in evening for darshan at around 5pm on our return next day at 4am the room was as it is, wet floor and not wiped. We had kept the room open so the staff could have wiped the floor but they dint do so, rather he was arguing, saying the room is only cleaned once while handing over and after checkout, in between it won't be cleaned. After arguing with him he reluctantly came and mopped the floor, which only spread the water in the entire room. Had to take a dirty cloth from him to wipe the floor ourselves as he was not in the mood to clean and just handed over the cloth to us. The entire lane has sewage water leakage problem, due to which there are loads and loads of mosquitoes in the entire area and hotel rooms, we requested the night staff( same guy who dint clean room) to provide mosquito repellent or goodnight which they dint had. Location: A BIG ZERO O It is neither near highway not near temple not near station. The hotel is located off highway inside a shady lane full of sewage water. People travel Tirupathi mainly for darshan should stay near station or in the temple vicinity, avoid such areas which are way off. AVOID STAYING IN SUCH PLACES, THIS WAS OUR BIGGEST MISTAKE AS WE DINT DO RESEARCH OR CHECK THE ROOM. WE TRUSTED THE DRIVER AND CHECKED INN AND HAD NO CHOICE TO WALK OFF AS THE HOTEL TAKES ENTIRE STAY AMOUNT ADVANCE AND SAME AMOUNT AS DEPOSIT IN ADDITION SO YOU CANT ESCAPE. READ THE REVIEWS WHICH WE DID ONCE WE CHECKED INN AND FOUND MANY NEGATIVE REVIEWS WHICH ARE ABSOLUTELY TRUE.

Me and my family members visited this hotel on Aug 12th 2023, They showed us good rooms with Western commode attached bathrooms, and then they deposited two times room charge as a security deposit. After paying the advance and room charge they showed the real character. They provided uncleaned rooms which having Indian toilets that too in AC rooms, which became difficult to elders. We should go down near reception and ask to switch on the geyser and they will calculate the time. Morning except one room we vacate all the rooms and have kept our bags in a single room and went for darshan, after returning the owner came and talked rude with us, he didn't allowed us to take the luggage from room. As we kept all the luggage in only one room he charged extra money for all the 3 rooms. He started scolding women in a bad way, he didn't even returned the deposited money and threatened he will call his goons. In reception one senior person is there, I think he is owner. He won't talk with us while taking room but at the time of vacating the room he will enter. Even if you have toddler he will charge extra money as there is more than two members in a room. Please be cautious 🙏 Edit : Mr. Owner, pls go and check first floor rooms, you will find Indian toilets. Why are you lying that your hotel don't have Indian toilets. Meanwhile, please tell to that reception guy not to behave bad with women, definitely he will be beaten by women oneday.

09/11/2023 I was stay one day at first floor 105 they charged around 700rs for 24hours apartfrom that 700rs advance. You can see there hole town of mosquito 🦟🦟 in that particular room total money is waste sleeps less day.dont take the rooms from sandheep residency.that is mosquito residency simply no comments.

Reception representative not good way to talk if you book room you have to pay advance off rent if you delay 30 minutes they denie to give return advance money they only give room water bottle also given

I have a mixed experience during my staying at this hotel. Room was spacious and have hot water facility also. Specially beds were really comfortable. Had a really good sleep at night. :) But.... there were something else also, 1st.. the guy at reception doesn't have any idea about on-line hotel booking, he makes me re-pay the full amount of stay during check-in as deposit(they returned it back during check-out), I personally filled very awkward at that time. 2ndly they didn't clean the room or change the bed-sheet in daily basis. Maintenance of hotel also ok ok.. But we were not being at hotel for long, so we didn't face much problem. So the overall exp is average.. 3/5 to Sandeep Residency.
