Stayed for 3 nights. Rooms are equipped wirh heater and warm water for bath. Location is very good, just opposite to dal late ghat number 7. Food and hospitality is very good . Excellent service by all the staff members. It's a family hotel.. I recommend it if you want ease of transport,good location and staff.

Stay with family for 3 nights and had a very wonderful experience. Cozzy and clean rooms.. Most important they have centralized heater rooms and with great food and view of Dal Lake.. Moreover there house keeping staff is super helpful and one of the gem is (Akib bashir), always ready to help with a smile which is most important in customer service industry and he is an example of great customer service. Thank you everyone and service. 5 stars

Good place to stay. All factors like rooms, bathroom bed, kitchen are neat and clean. Room service and food quality is excellent. One best factor is that it is situated infront of dul lake gate no.7 around 200 meter distance. I enjoyed morning walk at dul lake footpath everyday during my stay. Staff is very gentle and cooperative.

Stayed here on the night of 15th June 2024. Two rooms. Location is decent, near Dal Lake. However, hotel is located in the middle of an urban sprawl with narrow, unclean streets. Rooms have no noise isolation, so you can hear outside noises so you could hear dogs barking even at night. Hotel had frequent power cuts and low voltage periods where fans were switched off. This was a problem since the rooms were very stuffy with no air circulation. The bathrooms were small and terrible. The flush in my parents room was leaking and the one in mine barely worked, you had to flush it 5-6 times after each use. Now coming to the service. When I complained about a broken pedestal fan, the staff told me that that's how it is and to keep it far off if I wanted to reduce its speed. And the plug point it was attached to had no switch so I couldn't turn it off either. He refused to give me a fan from a vacant room or the market to resolve my issue. There was very little drinking water in the room. The snack service speed was very slow. I could go on and on. As a result of all of the above, I couldn't sleep much and did not enjoy my stay in general. I would recommend you to spend slightly extra and go to The New Park Hotel which is in a similar location. It looked very fancy from the outside compared to this place where you could see warning signs even approaching the hotel.

Very good hotel near Dal lake, well behaved, very warm staff, food was very tasty and hospitality up to mark.Highly recommended Sahara grand hills , we enjoyed our 4 day's stayed soo much.

Very good hotel to Stay if you want to be near Dal lake. Staff was very helpful and polite. They even let me stay extra hours as my flight was in the evening. Food is also good here not as mentioned in other reviews. As few of our group members fell ill so they cooked separate food for us as instructed by us.
