We had a beautiful experience with this hotel and their staff was so humble and down to earth Masha Allah. We were welcomed with a complimentary drink ( kawah). The rooms they are providing is top notch.. ambiance is great, and the staff there is ready to help you anytime you call them. Their manager Danish is an amazing person. He is always there to guide you. People looking for a good hotel in Srinagar should definitely go for Paradise premium without any second thought..... plus dal lake and good eateries are in walking distance from the hotel so just go for it.

A Truly Superb and Comfortable Experience at Paradise Premium! I recently stayed at Paradise Premium, and I must say, it was an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm hospitality and a genuine smile, setting the tone for a memorable stay. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed with all the modern comforts one could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax and unwind after a long day. Every detail, from the soft linens to the thoughtful amenities, added to the sense of luxury and care. The service throughout my stay was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, always attentive and ready to assist with any request. Whether it was room service, housekeeping, or the restaurant, the professionalism and kindness of the staff truly stood out. The overall ambiance of the hotel, with its elegant décor and peaceful atmosphere, made my stay even more special. I left feeling refreshed, well-rested, and thoroughly satisfied. The best part is that the world famous Dal Lake is just a few meters walk opposite the Hotel. I highly recommend Paradise Premium to anyone looking for a superb and comfortable stay. My husband and I stayed for 5 nights. The room wasn't cleaned for 4 days even despite the request to do so. When we managed to find an English speaking person, it was cleaned. Another problem - insects in the bathroom. We had an ENORMOUS spider. And the roach. Also they burning smth very smelly indoors. And the hallways have a very strong smell of smoke. The smell goes into the room too. They lie about lake view option, their building is surrounded by other hotels, you can't see the lake. The garden is just a rectangular patch of grass with pile of trash in the corner. Paying for the stay turned into a problem too. They can't charge international cards (the shops around doesn't have this problem). And it took about 2h for them to generate the working link for the payment. On top of the mentioned problem - the frosntdesk person doesn't speak English. They have one man whose English is fluent, but he's obviously not available 24/7. Not the most terrible thing, but a bit annoying. They have way too many switches for outlets, light bulbs and running water. They are not labeled in any way. So you don't know if you accidentally turn of all the outlets or hot water in the room. The property looks nice otherwise and I hope they'll figure out the service issues. But now, if you looking for a stress-free vacation, it's not a good place for it.

Had an amazing stay with friends. We stayed with our pet Zoe. Umar and Sanya were so great with helping with the food preparation for Zoe. Umar is the manager there and extremely hospitable and took great care of us. Sanya took into consideration all of requests and very earnest. Insha at the reception was very warm and professional. And thanks Danish the owner for adjusting our dates of reservation so we are going back to the place in 2 days Sanya

Location is next to DAL lake (ghat 5), lot of shopping and eatary options near by. Hospitality was top notch. The receptionists and staff were very welcoming and enjoyed my stay thoroughly.
