Highly Not Recommended Extremely Poor Customer Experience No Parking Facility We had one of the worst experiences at this hotel. The management FAILED TO PROVIDE ADEQUATE PARKING, instructing us to park on the road, which resulted in a FINE due to the nearby GOVERNMENT SCHOOL. Despite promising to reimburse the fine, they reneged on their commitment and BLOCKED OUR CALLS. We specifically requested parking for our three cars before booking, but were told to park on the road. When we asked for reimbursement of the fine, they only provided a quarter of the amount, promising to send the remaining via UPI after 12 pm, knowing we would have checked out by then.

*Extremely Poor Customer Service* We had a disastrous experience at this hotel. Despite promising parking facilities, they lacked a dedicated parking lot, forcing us to park on the road. This led to a fine from the authorities, as the hotel is located near a government school. To add insult to injury, the hotel reneged on their promise to reimburse the fine amount. They initially offered to send the money via UPI but failed to follow through. Our repeated calls were met with dismissal, blocked numbers, and unfulfilled assurances. Key issues: - Misrepresented parking facilities - No reimbursement for parking fine - Unresponsive and unhelpful staff - Blocked phone numbers to avoid accountability - Refused to let us speak with the owner We strongly advise against staying at this hotel, as their dishonest practices and lack of customer care can lead to frustrating experiences. Rating: 1/5 ( Extremely Dissatisfied). I personally think this happens to a lot of people. Once they are out of any vacation place, they can't travel back and question them.

Ok experience in general , the washroom was clean , room and its interiors need restoration and the bedsheets and bath towels were not of the best of conditions interms of hygiene or quality . Parking is not available .Would recommend for bachelor's and men traveling in groups for a budget friendly stay , but not for families

I'm giving only 3 stars because of the very poor behaviour of the staff, especially the guy in the reception area. He didn't give a welcoming smile and was behaving with us as he didn't like his job. Overall the rooms are good we had a good stay for the budget price apart from the staff behaviour (mainly the receptionist).

The worst service I have ever seen in my recent trips...All false promises....No proper information to customers, The first question I have asked is, whether the hot water available..they said yes...and after paying the amount and check in to hotel they said it will be available at evening which they should disclose before taking the amount, and when we checked in at 6pm...we assumed we can checkout after 24 hrs...but that counter guy called suddenly in next morning 12pm when we were far away from hotel, sir it's checkout time.....which they should disclose at the time of check in about timing...when I insisted he rashly said ..u have received whatsapp message about timing.....haha we will go to visit tourist places not whatsapp messages.... finally he charged 500rs without giving any invoice for 3pm checkout....I will not suggest this hotel until the owner change this stupid staff.....zero customer service....need to learn from other hotels how they received and treat the customers.......

Worst experience ever. I booked a room with breakfast, for which I paid an additional 425 rupees. The next day, they gave me a coupon and said I could use it at a nearby restaurant for food worth 100 rupees. However, it was an expensive restaurant where a masala dosa alone cost more than 80 rupees. When I asked to speak to the manager, he refused to talk to me. Additionally, they advertised parking at the property, but this was misleading as I had to park on a nearby street at night.

Extra bed never ask. Because its utter waste. Room service is average. If we come n night definitely they will ask extra amount. Advance on gpay but balance payment must be in cash so that they can manipulate

It was a good stay at reasonable price. Service is good. Located in prime area. Room was good. Overall a good experience.
