Clouds Valley Leisure Hotel

It is highly recommended. Best place to stay with nearby access to city bus stand, market, park. and the view is the best part from hotel. Rooms are neat, clean well maintained with good ambience. The hotel restaurant manager was very nice, he himself came to greet us and ask us about the stay. services are also very good, staff is friendly and helpful. Would recommend this hotel for couples and family.

The location of the hotel has a spectacular view, however the rooms are not neat and very untidy and doesn't seem like a 4 star hotel at all. The washrooms were very dirty and the blankets and towels were stained. We had breakfast there which was a buffet. The food was the only thing we enjoyed. The food was served nice and hot and the restaurant staff were helpful and kind. Would not recommend this hotel if you have come to enjoy with your family.

We had 2 night stays, the staff and service is really admirable. Location and hotel premise was excellent. Food was delicious and hats of the chef and supporting staff. The only improvement needed is the finishing at the ceiling near the window as it's kept open and looks ugly. Bathroom tiles are really slippery all the time even though it looks clean. I think they should think of replacing it with non slippery tiles to avoid any incidents.

Our stay was very nice. We booked for 3 nights, and it was comfortable. The location is central, so everything we needed was close by and easy to get to. The staff were very helpful; they helped us with our luggage and even got us a scale to check the weight. We would definitely recommend it!

We didn't stay here but just went there for lunch. The view outside was stunning and the clouds literally came in! The food and service was great! Seating space was well spread out and neatly arranged in indoor and outdoor sections. Washrooms and parking space were available. We enjoyed our lunch there and loved the service. The location is also good. Overall 👍🏻

We stayed here for two nights and it was really a good experience all together. The staff is courteous and polite. The rooms are average but clean and bare minimum amenities are available. The most admired is the food at restaurant and the restaurant staff. The food preperation is just perfect. The chef on our request prepared the Kerala Payasam.. which was simply amazing. The breakfast, dinner is always fresh and tasty. I will definitely propose to all my relatives and friends who visits Munnar in future. Just one suggestion .... They should have room heaters available as it's really cold in night. Unfortunately they didn't have one when we asked for. But rest is all perfect! The picture I attached with this review is of restaurant chef and all the staff!

The hotel is located in fairly accessible to hotels,busstand, taxi stand and ok hotels nearby. It has a good view of high mountain view. The hotel rooms are spacious nice and we'll maintained. Hospitality and break fast buffet has good varities. For a place like munnar it is one of the best

Had a wonderful stay with family in Sep 2023. Staffs were very good and polite. Rooms were clean & comfortable. Dining hall was very spacious and neat. Food quality was good and tasty though a little expensive. Only difficulty we faced was with parking of our car (sedan) and had to wait inside the car for an hour in the evening, to find a parking place. Thus giving 4 out of 5 ⭐️.
