OYO Hotel Sn Sujatha Inn

The worst food we ever had. The quantity and quality of the food they offer is very low and at the same time it is overpriced. The service was also unsatisfactory. The hotel was not crowded and it took more than half an hour to serve our order. Never ever visit here. Waste of money and time. The toilets are also untidy. Overall visiting the hotel is just a waste.

The hotel is a very budget one. It is holiday home of SBI and NIACL. The NIACL room were ok, hot water available from 6am-10am and 6pm to 10pm. Rooms are ok if the tariff is between 1000-1100. If someone is booking by paying more then it is not at all worth. There are rooms at 2000 which are not at all worth and you will find better stay at somewhere else. Anyone looking for a budget stay with basic facilities will be satisfied. Bathrooms are clean. There is a restaurant on the ground floor serving south indian food. It was clean and good. Location of the hotel is good. Very accessible.

I recently stayed at SN Sujatha in Munnar and wanted to share my experience. The hotel is conveniently located in the center of Munnar, making it easy to explore the area. Parking is available, which is a plus for those traveling by car. However, I found the rooms to be below expectations. They could use some updates and better maintenance to enhance the overall comfort. On a positive note, the on-site restaurant offers a decent selection of meals, making it convenient for dining without having to venture out. Overall, while SN Sujatha has its advantages in terms of location and amenities, I hope they can improve the room quality for a more enjoyable stay.

Avoid this restaurant! Despite its big appearance, the food is horrible. No tandoor for roti/naan and poor food quality. Not recommended!

It's the worst experience I got from that hotel there's no lights. Some bad smells were gone through on that room number 209..

No Room service is provided. There are no phones in rooms to call them and they dont care if you have basic necessities available or not. Even the cheapest hotels anywhere around the world ask you if you need anything but they don’t.

Vegeterian food was outstanding.. if someone wants to eat north indian then he should definitely try this one out … we were so happy after having lunch here ❤️
