Delight hotels chain is not good company by handled Arup Sarkar.. Our 2nd experience is with them is bad, 1st time we adjusted and try to understand but on 2nd trip same issues and problem and terrible staff response from Kolkata Office.. Mrs Monika and Other Account staff. They didn't give us alternative sightseeing during lachen and lachung trip.. Also they all are asking for 500Rs per hour if your train late or flight delayed ... Also those Transporter is also asking for more money if pelling to New jalpaiguri road is block , actually those responsibility to drop us by any way or alternative source or road.. We not recommended We not satisfied Please not booked by this delight service

The hotel is good with proper cleanliness and service oriented staff. The behaviour of staff is appreciable. However, the hotel is located in an area with zero activity and is far away from main market. Taxis charge around 300 to 400 one way and almost 1000, if retained for return. Shared route taxis drop almost 2 kms before the hotel.

Avoid this property !! Not maintained and no light at the entrance which gives a very Damp look to the property. Also, no proper service for the guests. They will not even serve water to you, unless u ask for it multiple times. We were promised a Hill View room and we booked at least 1 week before our tour. Still, we did not get it. We only got it, when we returned from La Chung since we complained. Yes, They offer Tasty Food for sure which is the only thing we liked. Their restaurant is not well maintained and gives an old look. Renivation is highly recommended, if the owner is listening. Chairs are Metal type which makes creeky noise when moved away and the cloth table sheets are also not changed or cleaned when any customer completes dinner and new customer sits on the table. We used to search, which table has clean cloth spread on it so that we can have food properly. Window furniture and overlook needs renovation. Does not give good feeling. We chose a Suite Room, which was big in size. We liked the space. But the bathroom was not properly cleaned. There was dust in every corner which was clearly visible. Ms. Poonam is a nice lady, through whom we booked this property. Also, the hotel manager was good natured. But, both of them cannot do anything if the owner is not interested in getting good business by spending money on maintenance and renovation.

It's one of the best hotel I've stayed near Gangtok. I prefer calm and quiet hotel for stay and this is the one 5km away from M.G Road but really value for money. The good thing to mention is the service, two boys who served us was the most enthusiastic and friendly person and prompt to respond. The food served was really good and lots of food items were provided at dinner and lunch. All the foods were served with smily face and don't show hesitation to provide any kind of extra facilities possible. All the staff are very well behaved and too much friendly.

Loved staying here. The suite rooms are spacious, with good views. The balcony overlooks the main road. Service is excellent, breakfast spread is reasonable. About 20 mins drive from MG Road. Definitely worth staying and value for money.

It's a good hotel if you find budget deals online through various portals. The rooms are spacious neat and comfortable. Heaters are available at extra cost. Water heater is good. Location wise it's not exactly in the Centre of the city but access is OK and you get share taxis too. The food is good for the location though you should expect no gourmand. It's friendly staff are courteous and helpful. Overall it's a good place!

Well, If I have to describe in one word then it would be AWESOME in all ways. Stayed here for a week. Location- Peaceful and scenic. Hotel Facilities - Satisfied. Food- Deliciously awesome. Cleanliness - Average. Recommended for family. Little far from main city but that makes the propert peaceful. All staffs were so friendly and professional. One last work for the food- You will not miss your homemade food. Cooked and presented very nicely. Thank you !
