We are satisfied with the service. Food quality and quantity was more than enough for us. Walking distance from MG Marg to our hotel was just 3 min .Staff are supportive and polite. Only suggestion that the Triple share Bed was little bit smaller than we need . Overall it's a thumbs-up..😍😍

If you have your own vehicle i strongly recommend you to don't choose this hotel. They will say they will park at private parking with less payment but at the checkout time they charges more. And Mr Alok said he will refund my 400 but after sever call also he didn't refund my money. Don't go with their word . He will do all the things but at the end he won't.

Great location !! The gentlemen at the reception and the helper in the kitchen is the best thing in the hotel … hotel definitely needs lot of maintenance work … heater didn’t work in one room .. The cook - Tanu Roy in the kitchen is the rudest and laziest employee - you need to look into it. He always had an excuse each meal period during our 3 night stay. Inspite of informing in advance - they deliberately didn’t had our breakfast ready on time … Only because this person and cleanliness issue - I had to rate low.

We have very recently visited this place. It was a perfect home-like environment for us. Staffs are nice in behaviour and very cooperative.

Mr Alok is a fraud. I booked hotel and taxi with him. I paid him all the money in advance and Rs 2000 which he was supposed to give to taxi , I paid. He has still not returned me Rs 2000. I stayed from 26-28 November in the Hotel

Nice and cleam room at affordable budget. Location is very good, not on MG Marg but very close to MG Marg. The manager is also nice to us while serving the food. We can again stay here in our next stay at Gangtok

With Group of 26 people we stayed at Gangtok hotel 2 night .. Lachung hotel 1 night , Lachen hotel 1 night, Rooms are Clean ..Staff & Maneger behaviour was good, Food is home type .. Location is near to Mg Marg in Gangtok... & Lachung & Lachen hotel location was great ..hill view room . All over Service was great .. we recommend this group of hotel

Rooms are quite good, location good but customer service is not good at all.they have no coock, staffs are not available when you require.
