Never have I ever experienced such hospitality from any other pet friendly hotels till date. Staffs are amazing. Amazing service. Most importantly they have treated my doggo not as a pet but as a guest. Loved the experience. Our go to stop for our next visit to Gangtok for sure. Thank you Yangthan Heritage for your awesome hospitality.

We stayed here on our family holidays with parents. We got the room with beautiful view. We also received excellent service and a variety of yummy breakfast. Team here is friendly and accomodating of requests regarding extra blankets. Daily room service met expectation.

Rating: 3.5/5 I recently stayed at this beautiful, aesthetically pleasing hotel that exudes a unique Tibetan-style charm. The staff was exceptionally friendly, making our stay enjoyable. Pros: •⁠ ⁠Friendly and welcoming staff •⁠ ⁠Unique, stylish decor •⁠ ⁠Excellent location (5-minute walk to main market, cafes, and restaurants) Cons: •⁠ ⁠No air-conditioned rooms (not a concern in winters, but essential for other seasons) Despite this limitation, the hotel's ambiance and service made up for it. We had an unexpected emergency stay, and the staff accommodated us comfortably. The hotel is heritage property so is well maintained and well serviced. Trained professional staff. Only thing is that rooms don't have AC. Mr. Kalyan and his team attended to all our concerns well. On a whole nice stay. Only issue is that I have been charged extra for my complimentary room upgrade which was Rs. 3000 for three night stay for 2 rooms.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights/4 days in Dec-24. Hotel location is excellent, rooms are spacious and clean. Hotel staff Somrani and Kalyanath & his team are very polite and helpful. Food is delicious. Overall we enjoyed excellent stay at Yangthang Heritage hotel.

I stayed here for 4 days .It was a very comfortable stay. I stayed in a room on the 4th floor and it has a wonderful Kanchanjanga view. The room was warm ,cozy, clean and well maintained.The washroom was clean and tidy. The house keeping is doing a great job. The room service is prompt.The food is excellent.The momos and noodles are delicious.The breakfast buffet is superb and the staff attending in the dinning room are courteous and prompt. MG marg is just a minute walk and you can also see it from the room. However, for elderly people the place may be a challenge for staying unless you are going to avail a car . If you plan to walk then after leaving the hotel you have to climb a very steep road. And if you plan to walk back from MG road then you have to scale a long stretch of steep road. As I am mid aged I took a cab back from MG road .During the day I paid 100 but in the evening i paid 200. Apart from this the place is great 👍👍👍👍

Excellent hospitality by Mr Kalyan and team, especially Neeta and subhashini. Walking distance from the MG road. We had stayed at room no 68, top floor with beautiful view from large windows. Rooms are spacious. They had also provided extra cot with mattress for kids. Food is good, singapuri noodles are delicious.
