Cloud Mist Resort and Spa

Cloud mist resort and spa is in very nice location Although it states that it’s a 3 star property It doesn’t seems like so My experience here was very disturbing I came all the way from Mumbai to relax and have some peace but they had a picnic of school children over there. In my life I have never seen a 3 star property open for picnic. At least they should have mentioned earlier that there is a flock of 50-60 children coming in, we would have not booked at all Even though check in time is 1 pm I don’t know what were next day booking people doing in property at 7 am in the morning Not at all professional Our day was wasted and holiday also Also spa was not open and this was also not mentioned to us earlier. I would not recommend this property to anyone if you are looking for 3 star property It’s totally waste. Also they don’t serve fresh food.

The experience at the resort was disappointing. You are welcomed by cockroaches at the room doors which was a shock to us. Once inside the room we found that the amenities were missing; upon enquiring we were told very indifferently by the staff that they don't keep those items. There were cats in the balcony which wasn't a good sight for somebody who isn't an animal lover. Hot water in bathroom wasn't available in the evening despite the staff clearly stating it's availability. There was drain clogging in the bathroom which caused water logging. TATA play subscription wasn't recharged and we had to chase the staff to get it done. Coffee pouches and spoons weren't kept which also needed multiple follow ups before we could get those. The swimming pool was dirty and unusable. I don't understand the rationale behind the high price of the rooms at this resort. The only saving grace was the food and the Valley view. Highly overrated property l must say. Not recommended at all.

It’s very unfortunate that I had a bad experience. I got room 101 and it’s full of Damp and foul smells. Further the pillow was absolutely disgusting. The Manager agreed to change my room but unfortunately I won’t prefer or recommend this property to anyone! Quality control and hygiene management needs some revision ! Good thing about this location Great location, Getting response for my concerns.

Pathetic! Don’t book the property if you are expecting luxury . Rooms are different than they appear in photos . We booked the property by seeing infinity pool and impressive photos but at the property we saw a pool with all the dirt and stinky room . In our room we witnessed defective fan which were making irritating noise , despite of complaint no action was taken and we had to sleep with that irritating noise .. Hotel management should renovate this property since view outside the property is excelllent .. only good thing about this property is the quality of food they served .All thanks to the cook else we could have change the hotel Room at night itself .

Pictures are noway even near to actual condition. Worst experience. Cockroaches in room. Rooms were very dirty, torn bedsheets, dirty curtains, stinking and the pool was also not clean. Food is okay. In totality, very bad experience. Spa facility does not work. Unprofeassional staff.

One of the best and underrated places to stay in Mahabaleshwar. The view from the rooms is spectacular especially in monsoons. Not expensive. Food and Pool is average. However the view makes up for it.

the Delux valley rooms are good but proper cleaning is not there in the rooms and balcony. Recommended for super deluxe valley room for better view. Service is good . Room service also fast. Wifi present. Game zone also present.
