We had a good stay at La Niwasa. Rooms are big and spacious. Staff is friendly and courteous. It is located away from the main market which could be a problem if you dont have your own vehicle. The only issue we had was unavailability of hot water on the first day. But this was resolved on second day. Overall a pleasant experience.

Our stay at La Niwasa Luxury Resort was absolutely delightful. From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality made us feel relaxed and well taken care of. The food was outstanding—delicious, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. The pick-up and drop service provided by the resort was very thoughtful and well organized. It made traveling extremely comfortable for my elderly parents and my child, and they had no difficulty reaching the hotel. Everyone truly enjoyed the experience. We would especially like to appreciate Mr. Ankit Chaudhary and Mr. Tinku Pandey for their excellent service throughout our stay. Their attentiveness, professionalism, and courteous behavior really enhanced our overall experience. Sincere thanks to the entire team at La Niwasa for making our stay so pleasant and memorable. We would love to visit again!

I was disappointed. I booked a room in this hotel for the first time.I did not like the room at all but the location is very good. this is true lake view was really very beautiful from hotel.overall staff was also good. i don't know Food due to shortage of lpg, restaurant was closed. overall cleanliness was just ok not good. wifi facility was good. location is perfect in front of library on mall road , very near from Nainital bus stand and also very close to naina devi temple and Tibetan market. Best thing in hotel is location. very good location. good place,just in few steps down u will be on mall road.u can walk near Lake. select room after proper checking.smell was coming from rooms. Come and enjoy nainital.

Stayed at Hotel Shivraj | Best Lake View Hotel Near Mall Road | Nainital for 2 days and had a very disappointing experience. At the time of check-in, they clearly told us the total stay would cost ₹7,500 for 2 rooms, but during checkout they suddenly demanded ₹15,000. Completely dishonest and misleading behavior. The service was poor, staff was rude, and the hotel is not worth the money at all. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nainital. Please confirm all charges in writing before staying here.

Rooms was ok.. as we changed 2 rooms becoz gyser was not working, toilet flush not working.. Services are good.. Direct lake view.. No hotel parking available. Need to park at public parking per day 500/- Rs, Also 1 bad thing in nainital, on every entry on mall road you will have to pay 300/- Rs if you go by your own vehicle. If you go bhimtal and other places and when you came back you need to pay again 300/ rs. The goverment just make money from these tourish places. 500/- per day parking + 300/- rs on every entry this is rediculous. Please plan accordingly. Our stay for 1 night was around 2000/- per day.
