Deolo Cliff Eco Resort

One can see the majestic view of the kanchenjunga mountain from here and also get a sneak peak of Sikkim . The area is very refreshing and there is also an old wind direction meter which has been present here for many many years now . One can also wear the local cultural attires and ride a horse. Earlier there used to be a small path which connects lower delo and the upper delo but now it has been barricaded . So coming back to the review it simply is a hill top overlooking the town of Kalimpong and you can also see the meeting of rangit river and the treats river from here .

It is all about the stunning location. The property hangs from the cliff side with a commanding view of the hills and the valley from the balcony and room as well. In a clear day, Kanchanjunga will peep into your room. Staff is courteous but the problem lies with management. They don't maintain the great property very well. At the price range of 2.5 k they don't provide even a mineral water bottle or tea/coffee sachets or toiletries. For everything you need to pay. Plus no intercom , so you have to go down for every smallest of thing. The road stretch of about 0.5 kms is not well marked or illuminated. We arrived at night and almost drove in uncertainty.

This is one of the beautiful place to be there in Kalimpong and gives lovely view around and has other stuff like paragliding for adventure lover. Science center is also available for students and general public. A good place to visit with buddies and under minimum budget with low fare on riding in local vehicle. Give visit it's good place to spend time and money.

One of my rare 1 star ratings to any property.. but guys believe me, don't go there.. just don't.. unless you want to be in a room laden with algae, with no toiletries and not a place around where you could go for a half decent food. Of all the 200+ properties that I have stayed at, this definitely comes in the bottom 5... the actual pics of this place were so bad, didn't even want to keep them in my phone for posting in the review.

Peaceful place near Deolo park and Science Centre. One can view Kunchenjungha from room only. It's child friendly and food served is also good. The tranquility in the morning is best to enjoy. Parking also available. Staffs are also co-operative. Overall ambience of the hotel and view is so sweet and heart throbbing to make memory of a lifetime..

The location is excellent. The first floor back side balcony is the place to view Kanchanjangha and the Teesta.The property has a huge compound and you can feel like jungle trailing while walking.Rooms are awesom,food price are reasonable. It can be your best choice while at kalimpong sub division.

The view was excellent from every room and have attached balcony from where the view was as beautiful as heaven . But having all this qualities I gave 3 star as the toilet of room no 202 , 203 , 204 were clean but its accsesories were defective even being it a deluxe room The behavior of all the staffs were good except the

Deolo cliff eco resort is a perfect place to enjoy the eternal view of the valley along with the kanchanjunga range. The food is really good. The ambiance is nice. The owner Mr Wang is a nice person. All the necessary amenities will be there for you. Just chill with a glass of beer 🍻 and the meat.
